THE BELLAGIO

Location: Wentworth Point, Sydney. Concept & Features: The Bellagio Penthouse in Wentworth Point, Sydney, offers two levels and an outside terrace with views of the Parramatta River. The apartment's residents are a middle-aged couple who frequently entertain relatives and friends, necessitating the apartment's capacity to accommodate possible guests. The objective was to design interiors for the multi-level residence that best complement the client's lifestyle and aesthetics. The lower level is an open multifunctional space that accommodates the kitchen, pantry, dining, living, study, and water closet. A span of Centor bifold doors opens the lower level into the terrace, facilitating outdoor living and dining beneath a new pergola. A straight staircase with a glass balustrade connects the lower and upper levels, allowing natural light to enter the void and adjacent areas. The upper level occupies the residence's private realms, including the sleeping and showering quarters, which consist of the master bedroom, walk-in robe, guest bedroom, and ensuites.
